Let me tell y’all how real this Law of Attraction thang is.
So lately, I’ve been real centered around getting my chakras balanced. After holding onto a stick of sage my amazing sister gave me probably over a month ago now, I was urged in my spirit to light it up this week. I believe Monday…or Tuesday of last week. My boyfriend expressed his weariness with it so I lit it up in my car and got it cleansed right along with myself.
Prior to this I had been working on my daily affirmations and burning away things that no longer concern or benefit me. Like my past mistakes and experiences (brokenness, mental, emotional, sexual and spiritual abuse, fears, attachments, etc.) that I have been holding onto for way too long subconsciously. I began this process around this time yesteryear, of shedding off the old and reclaiming my true nature. It’s all making sense now.
So in my daily affirmation I have been claiming my attraction to abundance and how wealth is all around me, amongst other things, but lets just focus on this one right now. Lately, I have been exposed and introduced to many different avenues of making money while living abroad, in addition to ones that I have already come across. Something has been keeping me from progressing in a couple of those ventures and I’m now realizing, there are still more things that are holding me back from greatness that I need to search out and destroy.
But that’s not the point of this blog post.
So, Wednesday, I went to see my dad and hung out around the house for a bit, as I was leaving he asked if I needed anything and if I was okay, of course I wanted to say no, that I was good but knowing that anything could help right now, I asked for $20 to go in my tank. He gave me 5 times that! I wasn’t expecting that at all! I was so grateful. I never expect anything from my dad b/c I like to get things done myself, even tho there is always someone that God has helping me out but anyways.
I decided to stop by the store on my way home and pick up a few things. As I’m checking myself out (Self-checkout is the best invention EVER), a guy pushes his basket of paid for groceries right next to the carousel where I’m putting my scanned items. Now, there used to be a time where I would have gotten an attitude or felt some type of way about him doing that but it didn’t phase me one bit. I just said okay and continued checking out. When it came time to pay, I started digging for coins to lessen the bills and swipe amount needed. The guy stepped up and at first confirmed that I had it and after I said yea and began to put in coins, he put in a dollar, I told him he didn’t have to do it, he responded with “I know I don’t have to but when God puts something on your heart…”, I thanked him. I put in a couple of my own dollars before going for my preferred card to swipe then the guy puts in a FIVE DOLLAR BILL. A WHOLE 5 buckaroos for a stranger such as myself. I was blown away and only able to form the words thank you a few times. Hoping to convey how deeply grateful I was. I mean my bill was about $12-15 I believe so he really took care of half of it.
He left out the store before I did but not too long before because as I exited the store I saw him pushing his mini pushbasket in a small grassy median right after he crossed the street. I went over and told him again, thank you, and he said, in short, when God tells you to move, you move. I asked for his name, something I rarely do and gave him mine. He was a seasoned black man with bluish grey eyes name Bill and he will never be forgotten. Some may feel like $6 is nothing but when you aren’t expecting $1, $6 is fall-out type of money. I knew abundance was being attracted to me and wealth soon would be pouring in but it was amazing to experience that and I look forward to many, many more surprises like that from my Creator, the Creator of this Universe and everything in it.
God I thank you for hearing my prayers and for the sea of abundant blessings flowing my way and to the way of those reading this.
